First Day at Sea

Today was the first *official* day of my new triathlon training regimen. Seeing as it has been raining cats and dogs nonstop since at least a year ago, and, seeing as you are supposed to take it really easy at the beginning of the season, I only ran a few miles. I did, however, do some sprints at the end. Similarly to my training, I don't want to ramp up my blogging to quickly and injure my...imagination...or willpower...or something like that.

Funny Feeling

I feel like I should have just attended the TNT Spring 2009 kickoff for the SF/Marin triathlon team. But, I'm not doing TNT this season, and I'm not even living in San Francisco. However, it will be a triathlon season for me, and it will start next week. I'm back in the blogging business starting next week.
